Class Descriptions
HEATED YIN / YIN
A slow, meditative practice with the focus on long-held, passive stretches that target deep connective tissues to increase flexibility and promote relaxation. Perfect for those seeking deep release and restoration in a calming environment. Class may be heated (see schedule).
HOT YOGA
A challenging practice performed in a room heated to a goal of100-105°F with high humidity. This class follows a set sequence of 26 postures designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance, while promoting detoxification and mental focus. Suitable for all levels. Temperatures may vary in colder months.
POWER AND RESTORE
A unique blend of energizing sequences paired with relaxing restorative postures. This non-heated class offers the perfect combination of dynamic movement and calming stretches to leave you feeling both invigorated and relaxed. With a rotating lineup of teachers, each session brings a fresh approach—some classes may lean more toward power, while others may emphasize restore, providing a new experience every time you step on the mat.
WARM VINYASA
Flow through a dynamic sequence of postures in a room heated to a goal of 85-95°F. This class links breath with movement, building strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Temperatures may vary in colder months.

HI LO
This high intensity, low impact class is a blend of barre, pilates, and yoga movements designed to strengthen your entire body with minimal pressure to your joints. In class, you’ll use only your bodyweight to move through small, focused movements designed to tone muscles, develop flexibility, and practice mobility. Expect an upbeat and energizing environment! Beginner friendly, all levels welcome! Class is not heated.

BUTI YOGA - offered seasonally or as a pop-up class
A high-energy, empowering practice combining yoga, dance, and plyometric movements in a dark LED-lit room heated to 90-95°F. This dynamic class builds strength, releases energy, and boosts confidence through rhythmic sequences. Perfect for those looking to sweat, tone, and move in a fun, liberating way!
